• What can I do in the student portal?+

  Your portal keeps everything in one place — the AI Match shortlists you have generated, every enquiry you have sent us with its current status, messages from your counsellor, and quick answers to common questions.

• How do I sign in to the portal?+

  Use Continue with Google, or create an account with your email and a password. If you sign up by email, confirm the link we send before your first sign-in.

• Will the shortlists I made before signing up still be there?+

  Yes. When you sign in on the same device you used earlier, your previous shortlists and enquiries are attached to your new account automatically.

• How quickly will someone reply to my enquiry?+

  We usually reply within one working day. You can always reach us faster on WhatsApp or by calling +91 96670 05690 — we work with students PAN India.

• Is my information private?+

  Yes. Your profile, shortlists and enquiries are visible only to you and our counselling team. Public pages show anonymous totals only, never personal details.

• How accurate are the AI Match results?+

  The matcher weighs your grades, test scores, budget and career goal against our destination and university catalogue. Treat it as a strong starting shortlist — your counsellor will refine it with you.

• What services does MyEduAbroad offer?+

  We provide end-to-end education counselling — AI-powered university matching, career-first recommendations, test prep, SOP & essay support, scholarship assistance, visa filing, and pre-departure guidance.

• How does the AI-powered university matching work?+

  Our algorithm analyses 500+ data points from your academic profile, career goals, budget and preferences, then shortlists universities where you are most likely to succeed and thrive.

• Is the counselling session really free?+

  Yes, your first counselling session is completely free. No hidden fees and no commitment required.

• Which countries do you help students apply to?+

  We support applications to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Scotland and many more destinations.

• Can you help with scholarships and financial aid?+

  Absolutely. We identify merit-based, need-based and country-specific scholarships, and guide you through every application to maximise your funding.

• Do you also assist with study in India options?+

  Yes. We help students choose top Indian institutions — IITs, IIMs, private universities and specialised programs — based on their goals and entrance scores.

• What tests do I need to prepare for?+

  It depends on your target program and country. Common tests include IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT and SAT. We offer adaptive AI practice modules and expert coaching.

• How long does the entire application process take?+

  Typically 3–6 months from the first counselling call to receiving an offer, but it varies by intake, country and program. We build a personalised timeline for every student.
